All 788gam accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonus amounts are all displayed and processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion required when using any of the supported Pakistan payment methods.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. 788gam may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. The account can be reactivated by logging in and making a deposit.

Deposits made in error may be eligible for a refund at 788gam's discretion, provided the funds have not been wagered. Refund requests must be submitted to customer support promptly. Once funds have been wagered they cannot be returned. 788gam does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
788gam offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, cricket and PSL event promotions, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The required wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering — slots, live casino games, fish games and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages, which are listed per promotion.
All bonuses carry an expiry period from the point of issue. Any bonus funds or associated winnings that have not been fully wagered within the stated expiry window will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. If you make a deposit while a bonus is already active, the new deposit will not trigger an additional bonus until the existing one has been completed or expired. Players are advised to check their active bonus status before making a new deposit.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play before wagering real money.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer action in the case of table games. 788gam does not manipulate game outcomes. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to the player's balance.

If your internet connection drops during an active game round, 788gam's servers will continue processing the round based on the state of the game at the point of disconnection. The outcome will be recorded and the result credited or debited accordingly. 788gam is not responsible for losses caused by player-side internet or device issues.
Individual game titles may carry maximum win caps. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be stated in the game information. Winnings above the stated maximum will not be paid out beyond the cap. For progressive jackpot games, the jackpot amount displayed at the time of the winning spin is the amount that will be awarded.
788gam offers sports betting markets covering cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed on the Sports page.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 788gam. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are confirmed only when a bet confirmation reference is issued on screen. Bets placed but not confirmed due to system issues will be cancelled and the stake returned.
Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager. In-play odds are especially dynamic and may shift rapidly during a live cricket match — the odds shown at the moment of confirmation are final.
If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the relevant market's settlement conditions have been met, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket specifically, if a PSL or T20 match is shortened due to weather and an official result is declared under DLS or equivalent method, the official result will stand and bets will be settled accordingly.
788gam reserves the right to withhold payment on any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation. In such cases, 788gam may retain the stake until the matter is resolved. Cooperation with relevant authorities in investigation of match manipulation is a condition of using the sports betting service.
Maximum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the sports betting interface. 788gam reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to accounts at its own discretion.
The 788gam VIP programme rewards consistent players across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on accumulated VIP points earned through deposits and wagering activity across all game categories.

VIP points are calculated based on real-money wagering.
